First, what else is plugged in alongside this microwave? This microwave is intended to be plugged into a separate circuit. It can blow fuses when on the circuit with other equipment.
Have you replaced the fuse?
There could be a malfunction of the interlock switch. The interlock switch assembly would need replacing
Could also be a failed low voltage transformer. You’d need to have replace the control board.
Could even be a failed high voltage capacitor or transformer.
However, the aforementioned problems typically only occur if the oven won’t operate at all, and it won’t accept input.
So, if you’re having trouble with the microwave working intermittently, make sure it’s plugged in on its own circuit.

I recommend that only a qualified service professional works on any commercial equipment. In the case of microwaves, I especially recommend it.
I hope this helps!
