I see that a link on BKI’s website led you to PartTown’s website for equipment support. BKI also recommended that you can also use the LIVE CHAT button for help. Take another look for that. It’s at the far right of your computer screen and looks like THIS:

I’ve always preferred using the PHONE to get things done. I guess I’m old fashioned, but it works SO much better and faster than making some post in a forum. You’re REALLY not going to get their attention by doing that.
