That number doesn’t cross to anything…anywhere.  Here’s Berkel’s website:

Check their RESOURCE CENTER for what models they DO provide manuals for.

 

I suggest you check your model number again.  Call Berkel at 800-814-2028 for further guidance.

You never gave us what kind of machine you have,  like a slicer, mixer, food chopper., or packaging machine.  I suspect you have a bowl chopper like a Buffalo.  Let us know and recheck the model number.

Yes it is a bowl chopper, but Berkel does not offer any support that I can find on it.

I’m thinking our guest transposed numbers. 1850 maybe?
