Clogged filter?

Blocked discharge tray?

Water pump?

The options are too many without more info

We’re here to help you OP, but please give us more details so we can do that. Especially Ice-O-Matic being that they are known for ice that isn’t just cube or dice. (Love those chewable pellets!) Those systems differ from other ice types.
