THIS QUESTION…AGAIN!!!
Â
Here’s how to convert your fryers…
Â
Go to this link – http://pitco.com/english/service/get-in-touch/service Click on the state you’re in. From the list provided, call the authorized service provider closest to you. Request a service call to convert your fryer to natural gas.Â

Definately to the point.

As an addendum to ectofix‘s direct answer: depending on where you live, it may be unlawful for you to change, alter, or even hook up gas equipment. Thus, we must direct you to a service company who is trained and qualified to work on this issue. Â So many potential hazards and dangers exist for the equipment, your building, and, most of all, your employees.
Â
You said you have new fryers; just new to you, or actually new from the factory/vendor? Did you make a mistake ordering, or did they make a mistake sending the wrong items? Sadly, due to the weight of the equipment, after restocking and shipping fees, it is often just cheaper to have a conversion done.Â
Â
In any case, if they’re brand new, it’s yet-another reason to just pay a service company to convert. Conversion on your own will void any warranty you might have, not to mention it’s incredibly expensive to buy a new fryer if you do irreparable damage.
