    THIS QUESTION…AGAIN!!!

Here’s how to convert your fryers…

Go to this link – http://pitco.com/english/service/get-in-touch/service Click on the state you’re in. From the list provided, call the authorized service provider closest to you. Request a service call to convert your fryer to natural gas.

As an addendum to ectofix‘s direct answer: depending on where you live, it may be unlawful for you to change, alter, or even hook up gas equipment. Thus, we must direct you to a service company who is trained and qualified to work on this issue.  So many potential hazards and dangers exist for the equipment, your building, and, most of all, your employees.

You said you have new fryers; just new to you, or actually new from the factory/vendor? Did you make a mistake ordering, or did they make a mistake sending the wrong items? Sadly, due to the weight of the equipment, after restocking and shipping fees, it is often just cheaper to have a conversion done.

In any case, if they’re brand new, it’s yet-another reason to just pay a service company to convert. Conversion on your own will void any warranty you might have, not to mention it’s incredibly expensive to buy a new fryer if you do irreparable damage.
