    converting a gf-15 fryer from natural to lp. what size burner and pilot orifices are needed?

    There’s far more to doing a conversion than just changing orifices.  Additionally, nobody here would know the orifice sizes unless they had the actual conversion kit in hand and was reading the numbers off the parts in it.

     

    Here’s a copy of the manual on that fryer:  INSTALLATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

     

    This manual has everything you need.  The part number for the conversion kit.  Guidance on who should be doing such a conversion.  And…APW-Wyott’s phone number.

     

    I suggest that you give them a call in order to seek proper guidance on your endeavor.  Doing a natural to LP conversion IS NOT DIY territory.

    Thanks for the help. Customers tend to buy used and no manuals or kits are to be had. 

    Just requests to change the gas type.
