The door is locked, how do I unlock it?

Worn, sticking door latches and the heat of expansion can cause that -especially when operated at inordinately high temperatures.  After shutting the oven off and letting it cool, you should be able to open it.  However, I suggest you get the door latches fixed.

 

Can’t help any further.  Bakers Pride made hundreds of different oven models.  You didn’t say which one you have.
