Our Steamer is not draining what can we do?

Doris, you could start by letting us know what model of a steamer you have. Cleveland makes a lot of them.  When was it last De-mineralized?   Is the drain solenoid getting power?   Is the drain clean and air gapped??

Whatever model you have, don’t attempt to descale it by pouring any chemicals in it.  Your problem needs to be addressed by a technician.  Here’s a link for finding one nearest you:
