What manufacturer and model? Without this information, it is impossible to give you a direct answer.
Â
In short, yes, some can be converted, but some cannot. Some things simply weren’t built for field conversion.Â
Â
The same with difficulty. But I’ll tell you that, no, you should not attempt a conversion unless you’re a qualified technician. It can be very dangerous to work on gas appliances without the proper knowledge, particularly commercial ones.

It is a Vulcan, full size convection oven, 44 BTU. Model VC4GD, SERIAL # 481560041, manufactured in 2010.

Basically, you will need to change the burner nozzles and the control regulator to LP. But the big thing is you need gas training and a manometer.Â

What is the valve part that I need? David

We are 528 feet above sea level;Â so our orifice would be 010901-0048.
What is the valve we need. This a stacked unit, so I would need 2 of each
item. Can you supply them and can I get them by September 13th, 2017?

You will have to ask Parts town about delivery. I’m just one of several techs that try to help other techs out with problems. We have no affiliation with parts town, but like that they want to help out technicians to learn or have problems and need other “eye’s” on a problem. Me, I’m retired from it but have 55 years of experience and training. I also hold a CMC title..

As for your valve, it’s a
