https://is.shotfarm.com/viewer/index.html?p=5716_26377_76417789It all depends on the make and model of machine/equipment you are working on. If you are referring a to a Imperial kitchen range, it will either have 2 screws that hold it on, or snap pins. Or 4 pins with hooks.  If you don’t find any screws on the face or bottom, First push in and lift. If it rises about 1/4 inch you can now just lift it out while keeping it up. Use both hand, one on each end. If it does not slide up, it will be snap pins. Just reach under it with a hand on each end and give a light tug outward.. Do not pull out one end, as you will bend the pins.
