We have a ice-o-matic model # ICEU220MA3, serial # 13081280013276. It’s not making ice and it’s warm inside the unit but water is still flowing through it. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot for your time…

Late model ice-o-matic undercounter with old style analog control system and a Airotronic timer.  First make sure it is in ice mode, not clean mode.  Next check the condenser to be clean and the fan running and moving air.  Is the compressor running?  If in ice mode and not running you may have a high head pressure switch or temp  fault.  Or a power problem to the condenser. Contactor in the control panel needs to be energized to provide compressor and fan power..

You say water is running.  Is it flowing from the pump or the fill valve?  If from the fill valve, your purge valve is open and water is going down the drain. Cooling will not be able to freeze water that is coming in fast enough to compensate for what is flowing out.

Feel the bottom line going into the evaporator. Is it cold?  If not either the compressor is not running or there is a refrigeration problem.  A licensed refrigeration tech would be needed if so.

The foremost problem with these machines are lack of proper cleaning. The 300 has much better controls and a control board to indicate were the problem is. Not so with yours, so you may have to find a tech to look at it.
