Hello.. I have a Robot Coupe model R2 Dice. The motor stalls when pressing the start button unless I give it a twist on the shaft. The strart capacitor is fine. Could it be a start relay going bad? or anything else I should check?

You can test the switch with a ohm meter for continuity.  And yes the contacts do wear. and arc.
