    Would like to convert 409 walk in cooler to something else wondering what options i have

    If it is using R409, It probably was a R12 unit. Hopefully it has AB oil. There are other interm refrigerants, but they all have glide and I’ve found the R409 has been the best in colder climates. To go to R134 would be quite a bit of work and money.
