    Converting to propane will require:

Replacing all burner orifices for the ovens, stove-top burners and the griddle.  The size of orifices needed depends upon your geographical elevation.  You’ll also need to replace the oven pilots.  Stove-top and griddle pilots will only require adjustment.  Lastly, the gas regulator will require replacement and the pressure to be tested/adjusted.

The service company that you’ll call to perform this conversion will acquire the proper parts for you, install them and have the appropriate tools and test equipment to make required adjustments.
