Just looking at the schematic, maybe the booster heater isn’t working – so the rinse sentry circuit has taken over?

Wash pump  or rinse cycle?  It has to fill using the rinse.

I know we can help you with this.  There are two things that will mess up the timer cycle.  One is the door was opened before the end of cycle so the machine will continue.  Provided that the booster is over 180F.  If the booster does not reach 180F the Rinse Sentry will stop the timer until it does. Not knowing how long this machine has been in service, Check that a pressure regulating valve has been installed on the water line and set for 20 to 22 PSI. Also that the incoming water is above 120F.  This machine has a small booster heater and to much flow or to low of a incoming temp will engage the Rinse Sentry circuit.  Hopefully the booster was filled before start up to prevent damage to the heater element.  So IF the booster is working,  the machine will come back in time by itself.  If it is not, get back to us.

We were flooded with Moyers back when the Canadian dollar was only worth forty some cents American. They are build right over the border from from here.  Were as the MH’s are tough and reliable, the under-counters are under designed. A 4000 watt hot water booster with a element the same as in a domestic hot water heater just doesn’t cut the mustard to maintain above 180F. Unless the house water is above 140F.  So they are always waiting to finish the wash cycle from low temp. 

 

And the rinse sentry is no more than a contact set on the booster contactor that stops the timer motor from advancing if the booster heater is heating.  Not the best way to control that.
