HPCO may mean high pressure cut-out, but I have no idea what type, make, model, family, or purpose of the equipment that Emily is talking about.

For all I know, she’s asking about a Rockwell Retro Encabulator.  If so, then she simply needs to to unlatch the reduplicating hexagram ion barrier and then switch on the vectorscopic telemetry collector (for troubleshooting the trimetric binomial calibrator).  That should clear the HCPO condition.

I KNOW!  And if PartsTOWN doesn’t have it, nobody will.
