Any info on an exploded parts breakdown for the Bistro line?

Probably best to call Jade Range at (800) 884-5233 with some model and serial numbers.  Their own website only refers to the Bistro line as shallow-depth heavy duty equipment.  No other info.   Illustrated parts breakdowns seem to be limited to mostly their Titan Range line.

 

Maybe Bistro stuff is designed for domestic use, shipboard or r-e-a-l-l-y small kitchens?  I don’t know.  Not a standard setup for restaurants by any means.  I’ve never seen them.
