scottsman wont freeze water

First off, is it a solid 8 or a flashing 8.?

 

Most all problems with this code come down to a lack of cleaning.  Ussually the thickness sensor.  Prodigy’s are super easy to troubleshoot because the have LED’s that indicate whats going on.  First clean the machine.  Including using cleaner to scrub the sensor and FULLY rinse. Your problem will problably go away.  Make sure to remove and clean the spray bar. I’m includeing a service manual to help you here.;
