Looking for the lower door panel for the IB1094YC-161
This is the app. 6″ tall plastic panel that prevents ice from hitting the door during harvest. It fits into the sides of the unit and is held in place by 2 plastic thumbscrews.

That part is called the “ice deflector”.
You did well by finding the ice machine’s data sticker. However, the ice bin has its own data sticker – since the actual ice maker is designed for installation on numerous bins which Manitowoc (or other manufacturers) offers.
To identify the part you’re needing, you’ll need to provide information off of the BIN’s data sticker. It’s probably located on the back and near the bottom of the ice bin.

This bin may not even be a Manitowic. I may be wrong, But your description of it sounds more like a Scotsman. bin.
