customer called me with a code “F3” temp is hotter than normatl

Missy, basically we don’t have enough information. What was observed at the fryer? Is the code a possible E31. Control board cooling fan? That’s the only thing I see close to your F3.  Hotter than normal Where?  Control area or vat.

According to the literature I looked at, there’s no such thing as a F3 error code.  For that matter, all error codes I saw for that fryer start with an “E”.  There’s no E3 code either.
