need wiring diagram for imperial IFS-40 FRYER

There should be one attached to the fryer. Inner door or panel.  Sometimes folded up inside the control panel.  Other than that one has to try sweet talking Imperial range to get a replacement.  You’ll need the serial number and gas type as well as if it is over 2000 ft obove sea level for them to provide much.

Imperial had 3 different gas valves for the IFS 40. Honeywell/Robertshaw and White Rodgers
