Im looking for a model number using a specific part number. Part number CAR16001-1547 this is for a carter hoffman humidified food warmer.

Part number 16001-1547 is a water reservoir.  Here’s PartsTOWN’s link to that part:

It says “HWP” at the end of the parts title.  In PartsTOWN’s “Find Equipment Manuals” feature – which you utilize by searching for your make and model number,  Carter-Hoffmann shows ONE model with a HWP prefix.  A model HWP36S1XE-D humidified holding cabinet.  Here’s the manual on it:
