    I bought a Omega Granita Machine. Serial

    I purchased an Omega Granita Machine, serial #2FS16100154. I installed it 4-17-17. I has worked perfectly until this morning. Only one side is working. The other is not freezing. It is cold, I have checked the filter. What do I need to do next? Thanks

    Would you happen to have a model number?  I’m going to assume you have a OFS20 or 30.  Hopefully it has been cleaned daily so that there is no sugar buildup on the spirals.  Does the auger work?  The cooling is controlled buy solenoid valves threw the controller. It is triggered by both the microswitch or thermostat.  One would have to check the solenoid for continuity and the controller for output to it.
