Most likely you have a crack on your inlet water fitting or a leaking seal.  Does it leak all the water out? ..or just some of the water that you pour in?

ectofix is correct.  Parts are difficult to come by.  I would check the manufactures warranty before breaking into the machine.

If yours is a home unit like adam9019 says, then it’s not worth fixing.

 

FWIW:  We address problems on commercial equipment here.  The MOST basic Bunn “commercial” coffee brewer starts at above $200.  Then they quickly get much more expensive.  Up into the THOUSANDS of dollars.

 

I personally owned one of those Bunn home units once.  It began leaking.  I took it apart.  There wasn’t anything I could do for it with no repair parts available, so it went into the trash.

 

There’s not ANY parts or repair support for fixing a $100 all-plastic home unit.  So, if it’s leaking from the inside, throw it away and buy a new one.
