  • Hamilton Beach Wave Action Blender died after 2 uses…

I purchased this blender 6 years ago, after 2 uses, it died and I have not been able to find another like it, nor have I fou d ANYWHERE to take it or send it to get it fixed! Was there a recall for model #54615B? How can I get it replaced if it stopped working after 2 uses?

    That isn’t a commercial-grade mixer.  It’s got a residential-grade price tag over on an on-line store that I frequent.

H-O-W-E-V-E-R, having worked on many mixers, blenders, food processors and such (commercial-grade), I can suggest that there are MANY possible causes to your problem – all of which are enclosed in that plastic base.  A specific answer to your problem is impossible.  Just make sure it’s plugged into a good outlet.  If it doesn’t work – chuck it.

Replace it…with whatever brand that suits you.

    Hello vet_army@yahoo.com

According to the manufacturer this model is obsolete.

Also, there is a one year limited warranty for all of Hamilton Beach appliances. If your appliance is no longer in warranty, unfortunately, they are unable to proceed with a warranty replacement.

Hamilton Beach would like to encourage you to visit their website at http://www.hamiltonbeach.com and http://www.proctorsilex.com to view the current line of small household appliances.  You will find purchasing information here as well.

    Thank you for your question,
