Fagor FI-48W dishwasher intermitantly will not shut down after a cycle or will stop in the middle of the cycle.

I take it you have a high temp under-counter machine with a mechanical timer system..  There is a multitude of things that can cause this.  Like a door switch or timer micro switches.  or even timer motor. 

 

Give us a idea as to the age and usage as well as the power supplied to it.  And at what piont it quits.  Is it always the same time?  What part of the cycle is it in.

I forgot to metion drain leakage. it will cause the pressure switch to open in the middle of a cycle from lack of water..
