You’re obviously very short on choices there on Maui.  Yet, you’d need to seek the services of local companies no matter WHERE you live.  Service technicians must adapt to an extremely diverse array of equipment that customers in their markets own.  SO, even if they’ve never worked on stuff made in Europe, they’d do their best to seek the resources necessary to work on such equipment to meet your needs.
