screw in rails
I have the Randell pizza prep table and have the rails that hold the pans up, the screws are missing, can I drill in new self tapping screws without hitting wiring or something in the unit? How do I take it apart to out new ones in if I meed to do that?

Do the walls on the inside of the rails frost up to keep the pans cool? If so this means you’ve got refrigerant tubes running in the walls.

Best advice would be not to drive screws into the coldwalls.
