    Zesto Speed Control Error

    I have a Zesto Pizza Conveyor Oven CG3632. The speed control unit is displaying ” ERR1″.  It appears for few seconds and disappears. When the ERR is displayed the belt stops moving. It is intermittent. Recently we changed the 25 AMP Fuse holder. The ERR started showing up after that. 

    Any help or suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you

    You never gave us a model number, so I’m guessing here that you have a closed loop speed control with encoder that has to have a constant feedback from the motor.  Being these signals are extremely low voltage, any kind of resistance or loose connection will cause a error. I would carefully reopen the compartment and check the plugs to the motor control and input screen.  One is not tight or you may have damaged the board.
