Sure, They never used a vacuum gauge to pull it down to 450 microns. Time does not count when vacuuming a system. Also the vacuum pump has to have fresh oil and be in good shape. Last time I had one with water, I had to change my pump oil 4 times before it worked right. When my pump is right, it will pull 50 microns.
