The wiring diagram shows yellow/black as common, yellow as high, and white as low. So you should have continuity between all of those. If any of them are open, or show continuity to ground the motor is bad. As far as exact ohm value, you’d have to check w the MFG. , but usually you don’t need that info. If you’re getting power and it’s not running, it’s bad. If it’s running slow, or doesn’t want to start, check your capacitor(if it has one). Also, if you end up replacing the motor, remove the blower before you order the motor, as often they seize onto the motor shaft, and have to be replaced along w the motor.
