Have you had any error messages?

It sounds like your having a high limit problem.  Is it near any other sources of heat?

Is the convection fan functioning right?

Is the stirrer motor running?

 

The most common problems with this are the temp sensors and ribbon cables.  First off Make sure you have a radiation tester before starting.  This is a very powerfull machine in a very compact design.  If the interlocks or sensors are not right on it will not work.  A bad sensor or interlock switch will destroy the board.if you keep  trying to use it.
