For home use I recommend a 15 inch wide undercounter. There are s3everal brands out there that are good, like Scotsman, Hozazaki, and Manitowoc. Hozaki are a top line quality machine. What you are looking for you will not find a capacity big enough to supply a party with a countertop.

But first you have to determine what type of ice you need {cubes, half cubes, dice, nugget} and how much per day. That class is commonly 50 to 60 pounds per day. Otherwise if you need more you would have to go with a wider machine. You will also have to check bin capacity to have enough to get through your evening.

I would not consider a overseas built machine due to parts delays and build quality. I’ve run into problems with several of them. And now with the new refrigerant rules that limit the amount of refrigerant and higher pressures, many are being made with Isobutane or propane gas blends. Service on a ice machine is a major factor to consider.

BTW, if you can use a nugget form of ice, they tend to produce more in less space leaving room for a larger bin than cubers.

    Hope this helps.

BTW, the EUHOMY Nugget Ice Maker Countertop will not produce near enough ice for your wanted demand. I’ve had 2 of that style and they are woefully slow with a small bin above the water tank. Maybe a pound and a half to two pounds tops at the ready. 5 to 6 ounces every 10 to 12 min after that.
