BKI FKG-TC PRESSURE FRYER
Is it ok to Cook plantains with lid close? my fear is that the sugar the banana produces will somehow cause some blockage in the steam lines and eventually trapping the pressure in the pot and wont release after recipe is done.

I GET THAT BUT WHEN ITS CLOGGED WITH THE NECTAR HOW DO I GET RID OF IT ?

Just want to know if anyone out there running the same unit BKI FKG-TC and uses it to cook plantains and if it does cause blockage or not.
