    <div>i have a bunn ultra 2 and one of the hoppers is leaking ( slow drip) from one of the gaskets where the hopper fastens to the unit. i replaced the gasket and am still having the same leak. over the course of a night the whole side will leak out. Any ideas what is wrong or what can be done to stop this from happening.</div><div>

    Remove the hopper and gasket. Look closely for a crack in the hopper or surface damage to the base under where the gasket seats. And that it’s clean. Especially the bottom were you can’ see very well. Lubricate the gasket before assemble with a sanitary lubricant like Lubri-Film-Plus or equivalent. Make sure the locking pins are free and lock in with a snap.

    I forgot to ask you if you still have the shipping stabilizer (triangular plastic piece with a pin and ledge that sets in the drain hole and the cylinder rests on the ledge) for the front of the cylinder. It’s important to keep it to check if the cylinder is in proper alignment.

    If the cooling drum and motor assemble gets loose, it may become slightly lower than designed and push to the bottom side of the gasket more than the top.
