I don't know about the 200mA (haven't measured). But around those currents, the 7805 started to breakdown (going under 4V). And it was that voltage I saw in-circuit directly on pin2+3 on 7805. So I'm just assuming 200mA-ish.
I ohmed all buttons on front panel. OL and ~0R (open/close). I removed CH8 and CH9 from PCB. This helped. Stayed for hours on steady 5V. I then wanted to connect CH8 and CH9, once at a time, to enable just one group at a time. However, CH8 and CH9 is a mix between button panel and water flow sensor. I therefore ohmed the water flow sensors, and wouldn't you know it. One was shot. Measured 77R between + and -. I disconnected the broken flow sensor, and we'll see in a few hours.
