Safety miss wire or short? What do they use for sensing the conveyor load? Current? or torque? Current would be in the control board settings and have to match the motor. Torque would be a spring loaded switch in the drive system that would move with load change.

I believe that your machine used current sensing. That’s why I asked about the motor spec and if it matched the original.

There is no short that I can tell.

The sensor is a 00-815724 and detects when a magnet ring turns on the conveyor motor. When I moved the sensor a bit farther away from the motor it worked for approx 45min.

Then is started being an issue again. Which I believe now is the issue. Since nothing was changed with the motor to get it running again for the above stated 45min.

I ordered a new sensor and ring (ring was $60) since I cannot verify which one might be the issue as they work in tandum.

They should arrive today and if that sorts it I will post an update. If not I have a spare and will go deeper.

Ended up being the ring was the issue. Same sensor was used, the ring was just getting a bit loose and saggy.
