The Star griddles are a simple electrical with L1 and L2 120 volts coming into the power switch. That in turn connects with the 3 thermostats and Fenwall 35-72 controls.  The control powers the gas solenoid and spark.  Note that ground is very important for flame proofing.  Here is a Fenwal schematic so you know what pins go where.  Use the local sense diagram.

Thanks, but if i cant find the wiring diagram of factory , because our country urban electricity is 220V/50 Hz but this griddle needs 120V/60Hz , what is your solution?

That would require a step down transformer.capable of 4.5 amps at 120 volts.  Each control and gas valve is rated at 1.5 amps.  You may want to contact Star on this as they may have a foreign sales kit.  The controls are rated for 50 cycle.  But they are only made for 12, 24, and 120 volt service.  And it would be to expensive to replace all 3 sets of controls and valves.
