Dear Guest,  They never made a ECV.  the EC series are small under-counter machines  From 18 lb’s per day to 80 lb’s  The third letter is the cube size/style.Normally a S or G for standard or large.  So assuming you have a 20 lb. octagon cube, horizontal evaporator machine that is 18 inches wide,  This would be that technicians manual.:

Note that they have used many timers over the years.
