Can’t reply
First time in months that I’d tried to reply to a question (Rational SCC61 Open Control Panel) and nothing happened when I clicked on the “Reply” button. SO…I couldn’t reply.
Anyway, the answer is a 5mm hex wrench.

Patrick, did you replace Scott? He told me he was going to be doing something else, but I wasn’t sure who the new administrator/mayor is?
The problem I have when I try to reply is I have to refresh the page before I can reply, I click on the link and enter the post, but then have to refresh before the reply button works.
