If they require certification, you’re likely to only get so far. I don’t think they do, I’ve worked on them and Cleveland has been very helpful (I’m not certified on them)But I work for a company. If you’re on your own, or maintenance what I used to do is make up a company when they ask, or tell them you work for a company in your area Then they will talk w you. However you need a little experience usually, if you’re not grasping what they tell you, it may be a short conversation lol. If you tell them you’re the end user, most manufacturers tech support won’t help you much.
