    ClimateMaster Tranquility Heat pump board inquiry

    Hi,
    Do these ClimateMaster S17S0001N05 Control Board, Programmed, CXM2 STD CE require a retro fit kit in order to be installed on our heat pumps? We are hearing that these will not connect without the retro fit kit.
