Good afternoon! I have experience with Service Channel, another called Officetrax, and have seen the others you mentioned. From my experience as a vendor, Service Channel has been very easy to use! As long as you are responsive to emails, in case there are questions, processing through the system is simple. I have never had any technical issues with the it at all. If there is something more specific I can help with, I am happy to chat and answer any questions I can 🙂
Hi Megan, thanks for responding to my post. I currently use Service Channel from the client side as a facilities manager. I wanted to be sure there was a thread out there so that if any vendors need assistance or if any users have concerns they can find help. I am well versed in Service Channel.

It is so great to find this because there are so many questions and few places to get the answers with regard to those portals.
