On a Convotherm oven(ogs-6.20), is it possible to force it to quit cleaning cycle? ConvoCare pump isn’t pumping and would really like to force it to quit so oven can be used until I get the part in. My plan right now is to pull a pump from another oven to get it through cleaning cycle. Sure would be nice not to have to go through that, though.

if you don’t see a back button (look like a uturn arrow) then i believe you cannot cancel.
Have you tried shutting off the breaker for about ten minutes? That may reboot or reset the programing.

I have tried shutting off power for awhile, but I haven’t done so for ten minutes. It just wanted to do a forced rinse(cook claims that it finished cycle before she turned it off), which means it only wanted to shoot a little convocare in there. So I removed all wiring to the pumps, hooked suction line form convocare solution to the convoclean port, hooked wiring from convocare pump to a convoclean pump, and let it finish. Needed maybe 5 seconds of pumping and that’s what held a oven hostage Lol But it would be good to know if there is a procedure for canceling cleaning cycle I realize why they configure it that way, but dang Lol
