Convotherm 6.20 Fan Not Turning, no any alarm
Good day.
We have a problem with one Convotherm 6.20 , the fan is not turning . No any alarm.
The contactor for the fan is not activating. If we put on the controller X11 cables no 4 and 5 together the fan is running but only high speed and after few days the fuses burned due overload.
Some of the actions we try already :
1.We change new fan
2.We replaced new controller and new display
3.Checked all contactors all ok
4.We megger and check fan,heater all ok
5.The fan is turning only by pressing with screw driver contactor K50 or K5
6.We check all fuses ok7.Checked all sensors all ok
8. Replaced contactor still for the fan still same.9.We put on the controller X11 cables 4 and 5 together the fan is running but only high speed.

Check you safety curcuit. Mainly the door switch.
