Go into settings and find backup/restore. When you have your cookbook back where you want it, you can save/restore it to/from the SD. Export a copy to a stick and throw it in a drawer for future too. You can remove the SD card and using a card reader, copy the cookbook (.sdf) If you want to get all crazy, go to the Convotherm website and download “Convolink” and you can read/edit the cookbook from the oven on your computer. You'll have to hunt for it on the site in “Downloads” do a search, you'll find it.
