This machine isn’t really a commercial Ice-maker. It only holds 8 pounds of ice and weighs 40 lb.Not something I can access manuals for. However, I have a bit of experience with ice machines. Maybe I can provide you some assistance. But not seeing the insides of the machine or knowing what they use makes it difficult. So you’ll have to be our eye’s for us.

What type of water valve does it have, A float or solenoid? I doubt that it is float.

Often the lines to a ice machine are not cleaned before hook up. This means you get particulates in any restriction of the water system. The valve being that restriction. Removal and cleaning will usually solve the leakage.. But low water pressure may also be a problem since the machine only has a 1/4 inch supply. Line friction can make it but a drizzle.

Be careful inside this machine, as it has Isobutane as a refrigerant.

A ice machine is made as close to capacity as possible. The not cooling is due to the water adding heat. It takes the removal of one BTU to drop one pound of water one degree. However it takes 144 BTU’s to covert a pound of 32 F degree water to 32F ice. So solve your water problem first.
