Custom RIC, 3 month old compressor and 3 txvs.

110psi suction over 400psi head. Compressor pumps down. Any ideas?

That head is way to high for R404. Even if it was a Kiln Tell me more about the system. Why 3 TXV’s, is it a rack system? What type of condenser? What temp are the cooled spaces at?

Should be 35 in box, but it’s at 55-60f.

Txv for each evap. Not a rack, sled in its own compartment. Custom self contain drawer cooler

Sounds like either a TXV is flooding and overcharge. Or you have non condensable’s in the system. That happens often with a incomplete vacuum and recharging with used R404.

What is the compressor and how many amps is it drawing?

Are you using a 4 valve manifold?
