  Delonghi ESAM3300 not working

  My coffee maker quit working. The 2 green lights for the cups illuminate, but nothing happens, pump does not activate, after several minutes the ! light illuminates. The frother can pump out water, but not hot. pulled the back off and the pump works if the brother is turned on, but the other water line from the pump has no water in it. I ordered a new pump, but have received it yet. Is the pump a 2 stage unit?
