So haven’t gotten back to it with my diagnosis yet, but I replaced all the probes because they were out of range or open, and I did verify that the harnesses and conductors all have continuity all the way to the control board.

The control board would not send 5vdc to the “k9 relay” on the relay board unless the control board was reading a resistance in range to call for heat.

Having 120v to ground on the conductor coming from that “k9 relay” switch when the unit is off, screams bad contacts.

So…. I am not presuming anything other than what was just mentioned and that is that the P1 code is caused by improper wash tank temperature.

But we will see if my diagnosis is correct when I get back to it. Appreciate all the help fellas

Thank you Beef for the great verbalization of what you have.  We now understand What has happened and your direction of your repair.  Make sure that the molnex plug pins haven’t been damaged by a previous probes.  One should always probe from the back if possible and have sharp leads.
